This raffle is open to all customers purchasing APO FLOORS products from participating dealer branches nationwide. Whether you’re from Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, this is your opportunity to bring home the beauty and durability of APO FLOORS with a fresh new look for your space.

Here are the mechanics to join the 33rd Anniversary Raffle Promotion – Flooring Makeover e – raffle promotion: 

    1. The promo is from September 10, 2024, to October 10, 2024.
    2. The electronic raffle promotion includes All Apo Floors products except AVQT Roll Form and accessories.
    3. For every single receipt purchase of Php 5,000.00 of Apo Floors products you will receive one electronic raffle entry.
    4. To join scan QR code found at the Customer Service Area of each participating dealer and fill out the e-raffle form with complete and correct details:

    1. The deadline for submission of entries will be 5 pm on October 10, 2024.
    2. The raffle draw is on October 12, 2024, at 10 am at Puyat Flooring Products Inc.’s main office in Makati City.
    3. Three winners of Php 33,000 worth of participating APO FLOORS products and services each from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
    4. A DTI representative and Sales representative from Puyat Flooring Products Inc. will witness the raffle draw. Health protocols will be observed. The event can also be viewed live on APO FLOORS’ social media platform (Fb).
    5. An individual can only win once.
    6. Winners will be notified via registered mail.
    7. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    8. Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from receipt of registered mail. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize with prior approval from the DTI.
    9. Winners should present two (2) valid government IDs for validation upon claiming of prize. For NCR, winners can claim their prize at the Puyat Flooring Products Inc. office in Makati City. For winners from the province, they can claim their prize at the participating dealer in your area.
    10. 20% tax on prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00 will be shouldered by Puyat Flooring Products Inc.
    11. Puyat Flooring Products Inc. employees, their dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
    12. Electronic raffle promotion is exclusively available to participating dealers.
    13. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-201887 Series of 2024.

Electronic Raffle Promotion
Terms and Conditions

 

Promotion Overview:

    1. Promotion Name: 33rd Anniversary of APO FLOORS Electronic Raffle Promotion
    2. Promotion Period: September 10, 2024, to October 10, 2024.
    3. Participating Areas: Luzon/NCR, Visayas, and Mindanao.
    4. Prizes: 3 winners of 33,000 pesos worth of flooring products and services (one winner each from Luzon/NCR, Visayas, and Mindanao).

Eligibility:

    1. The promotion is open to all customers who purchase APO FLOORS products from participating dealer partners during the promotion period.
    2. Participants must be legal residents of the Philippines and at least 18 years old.
    3. Puyat Flooring Products Inc. employees, their dealers, distributors, advertising agencies, and their immediate relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate.

Mechanics:

    1. How to Join:
      • For every single receipt purchase of Php 5,000.00 of Apo Floors products from any of our participating dealers customers will receive one (1) electronic raffle entry.
      • To join, customers must scan a QR code, fill out the electronic raffle form, and submit the required purchase information.
    2. Electronic Raffle:
      • An electronic raffle draw will be conducted to determine the winners.
      • The draw will take place on October 12, 2024, at 10 am at the Puyat Flooring Products Inc. head office.
      • Winners will be randomly selected according to area one from the NCR/LUZON area, one from the VISAYAS area, and one from the MINDANAO area by an automated system using electronic roulette from eligible entries.
    3. Prizes:
      • Three winners will each receive 33,000 pesos worth of Apo Floors flooring products and services.
      • Voucher includes Apo Floors product including its installation.
      • One winner will be selected from each of the following regions: Luzon/NCR, Visayas, and Mindanao.
      • The winner can choose from any locally manufactured products.
    4. Notification of Winners:
      • Winners will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call.
      • The names of the winners will be announced on the official APO FLOORS website and social media pages. (FB, WEBSITE, IG, TIKTOK)
      • Winners must claim their prizes within 60 days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
    5. Prize Redemption:
      • The flooring makeover will be conducted by authorized APO FLOORS installers.
      • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
      • If in any case the winning customer doesn’t have a ready room for make-over, Prize can be claim without installation service.
      • The flooring makeover is subject to the terms and conditions set by Puyat Flooring Products Inc.
    6. Additional Terms:
      • Puyat Flooring Products Inc. reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any winner before awarding the prize.
      • Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in the disqualification of the participant.

Privacy Policy:

    • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to collect and use their personal information to administer the raffle and award the prize.

 Puyat Flooring Products Inc. (PFPI) respects your fundamental right to privacy and we commit to taking great care in safeguarding your data. As you join and participate in any Puyat Flooring Products Inc. 33rd Anniversary Raffle Promotion, (“Flooring Makeover”). In compliance with the Data Privacy Act, we share with you the principles that govern how your data will be collected, processed, and shared.

 Why do we collect your data?

Your data is collected by Puyat Flooring Products Inc.’s privacy policy found on www.apofloors.com and processed as you agree to fill in your information on the raffle entry to join the Puyat Flooring Products Inc. Flooring Makeover raffle promo.

Details such as Name, Mobile Number, complete home address and email address indicated in the Raffle Entries will be used:

    1. To create your electronic raffle entry. Your electronic raffle entry with your details will serve as your raffle entry during the raffle draw.
    2. To notify the winning customer. You shall be notified through registered mail, electronic direct mail, SMS and/or call out if you win the raffle promo
    3. To deliver prizes. If you win the raffle promo, your identity will be verified upon claiming the prize at Puyat Flooring Products Inc.’s head office, and for the province you can claim your prizes at the nearest participating dealer in your area.

 Why do we share your data?

As part of the raffle promo, we are required to share your data with the

  1. The Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”),the executive department of the Philippine Government, oversees the implementation of trade and consumer protection laws and is tasked to oversee the handling of sales promotions such as this Promo.

When your data is shared, we ensure that it is done on a confidential basis, through secure channels, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Only personnel with a need-to-know will have access to your data.

How do we protect your data?

Your data’s integrity, confidentiality, and security are important to us. This is why we strictly enforce this Privacy Notice within Puyat Flooring Products Inc. and have implemented technical, organizational, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized or fraudulent access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, and other unlawful activities. Your data is also protected from other natural and human dangers. Our own service providers must likewise comply with our technical, organizational, or physical security requirements, as may be applicable.

Your data will be kept in our records for the duration of the Promo and a maximum of sixty (60) days after. After said period, your data will be securely deleted.

Your rights and choices.

The Data Privacy Act gives you certain rights to your data. Subject to exceptions under the law, you are entitled to request:

    1. Access to the personal data we process about you;
    2. Rectification of your data if it is found to be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete;
    3. Erasure of your data in cases where it is no longer needed to achieve the legitimate purpose of its processing;
    4. Restriction of processing of your data in limited circumstances;
    5. Portability of your data so that you may receive a copy thereof or that we transmit the same to another company on your behalf.

Depending on the circumstances, such as when we process your data based on your consent, you may also have the right to object to the processing thereof.
